Yes, it does. Unlike some publications (PSM anyone?), TeamXbox is pretty fair. They never gave a perfect score.

I predict an 8.0 at most at GS, I played the demo and thought it was awful. The game moved slow, it was hard to control, and the graphics didn't even look that great.REVOLUTIONfreak
