forza 5 1080p 60fps..Why so low ?

with pre baked effects ? i would expect 120 fps minimum with those forza 4 GFX on next gen..

i wonder why DR3 runs under 10 fps is it because its open world?

There's only so much a 7770 level gpu could do. I wouldn't put any stock on xbone for dishing out graphically intensive games like Killzone SF or Infamous. gpuking

its the only game so far that might make me want to get an X1

True, one 3rd party exclusive running poorly on X1 (DR3 is running poorly aswell, but apparently noone wants to call that exclusive, also 3rd party) versus, 3 first party games running sub 30fps on the PS4.
