Forza Demo.. Just Played it.. Yikes and I thought Motorstorm Looked bad

OMG! I just downloaded the forza demo and talk about DOWNGRADE! the sad part about it is... PGR3 owns forza in the graphics department and PGR is a launch title. Its official GTHD in game car models are A LOT better than Forza's I was actually thinking about purchasing forza, but not worth $60.00. And I thought Motorstorm looked graphically bad lol, Motorstorm is a cinematic experience compared to Forza.

I will give credit where credit is due though, the damage effects and physics in forza was alright and the sim part was fun but wow, talk about major graphics downgrade. This is proof that Sony isnt the only company that hypes games by cgi cut scenese and what not.  

There hasn't been any downgrades, it's always looked the way it does in the Demo..

I call it how i see it and im sorry as a 360 owner I have a right to voice my opinion if i dont think a game is up to par and the forza graphics where not impressive whatsoever

If you dont get a good racing game because the graphics arent the best out then you need to rethink what gaming truely is about.  Im not even a racing fan and I was pretty amused by the gameplay aspect of the game.

Gears of war has just spoiled me greatly, I guess thats whats bad about a game coming out that has such amazing graphics such as gears, it raises the bar and spoils gamers

My opinion is that PGR arcade gameplay sucks compaired to Forza 2, the overall feel of forza 2 makes the game feel more alive and realistic than PGR did with bumper car physics same with GTHD.  Forza may not be the best looking game but atleast its got better gameplay.

ok im a fraud just because i happen to own both systems and im not in denial when I think a game doesnt live up or not?! I call it how i see it buddy. Motorstorm was a disappointment in my eyes as is forza. The only games that have impressed me this gen is Fight night and Gears for those 2 games truely look next gen.

I repeat, this is one very sad generation. I've played Gears of War, but I have no problem playing other games. Hell, I still go back to Halo 2 on occasion.

Seriously who cares, you can still view from that angle you just cant see the inside of the car.  To be honest I dont get the point of being in the car view anyway; I mean yes its more realistic but its not at the same time, if you were truly in the car you would be able to have a lot more freedom to see everything thats going on around you than you do in PGR.

The amount of backpedalling going on about Forza and it's graphics or lack there of is sick. I can't count the number of GTHD vs. Foza 2 graphics threads that I have seen in the past 2 months (many of which were started by Lemmings themselves trying to claim some type of ownage or another). TONS of threads mind you. It's just silly that now that the demo comes out and it's not delivering (I haven't played it yet so I won't pass judgement) in the eyes of most of people in the graphics department that the flood of excuses come in. Yeah I dont really think you should compair GTHD to Forza 2 tbh.  Both are good games in their own respect and cant really be compaired, ones arcadish and ones a simulator.  Its hard to compair the graphics on those since they have diffrent priorities.

If you're buying Forza for teh leet grafixxx then you are going to be dissappointed.  Forza is for the vehicle enthusiast, for the man (or girl) that loves tinkering with every single part of their car, and racing.  It is the best vehicle simulation out there.  rykaziel

In racing games like Forza and GT better graphics are big deal,the gameplay in racing games can only go so far.Once you have a decent wheel photorealistic graphics go a long way to making it immersive.

SO....

GTHD > motor storm > PGR3 > forza2
