Forza fans are right, FM3 is clearly the only Sim this Gen that has the most realistic crash ever. Sorry GT fans, but there is no denying, this video proves how real FM3 really is. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9iDTXYA_9nQ&feature=player_embedded

FM3 = AAAE. Good luck to the competition, as they'll need it. 2 A's in a row.

For the most realistic damages and crashing, Dirt 2 is the king and probably will be for some time. That takes nothing away from GT5 or FM3... it just isn't their specialty.
The game scores a 9.5 and the best you can come up with is a single minor glitch. Really says something.Skittles_McGee
Indeed. Search Youtube and you'll see a bunch of screwed up things that have happened in every single GT title. FM bashers pick little screens or vids of minor glitches and funny things that happen, then run with it. It's their only defense against AAAE god sim gaming.
I've already seen that and rated it an 8/10 due to the sloppy landing.Forza fans are right, FM3 is clearly the only Sim this Gen that has the most realistic crash ever. This is true. I like how in DiRT 2 inertia appears to be a factor. You'll get cars starting to roll slow and then they'll start going all bananas as physics happen. My record number of rolls is 9 or some such. Was totally crazy and made me realize how stupid it is that you can't save replays. For the most realistic damages and crashing, Dirt 2 is the king and probably will be for some time. It was 160 mph :PAgreed, though the game may have glitches this can happen in almost any game. TC has to cherry pick rare instances......sad just sad.

You know what is honestly going to happen? Both GT5 and FM3 will be so close in quality, it won't really matter. GT5 will have a slight upper hand in racing physics (control-wise), graphics, and maybe options, and FM3 will probably have slightly better crash physics, maybe better online community and be more noob friendly. It just amazes me how people get on SW and claim ownage for one side or the other. This TC cow is a joke, but many Lems are just as bad.

LMAO you are so correct. no way, you can roll a car, and just take right off again. someone should let turn 10 know, IRL a car should be pretty much crushed after a roll over. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-o_ffEHUQ_0You know what is honestly going to happen? How did you come to this conclusion?
Historically GT has had poor physics compared to Forza.
If Prolouge is any indication, this will continue.
Noob friendly? Forza is more noob friendly 'cause of it's assists, however unlike GT, you don't just need to plow into the side of the wall,a nd ride it around the track at 120 mph.

I've never really been a fan of Forza's physics. I haven't played 3, but on two they were retarded. And every crash video I've seen for FM3 looks completely unrealistic and stupid.

Good lord this has got to stop. Look: Forza 3 is a great game and Forza is a great series. It has glitches and issues just like every other game. GT is also a great series; GT5Prologue showed off some fantastic control/physics, graphics and much improved AI, so I have to imagine GT5 will also be great. And it will probably ALSO have some glitches. What the hell is the issue here?

In terms of game control, I don't see how F3 is better than GT5 Prologue... I have both as well. In terms of overall game, of course Forza is better... it's a full game, and GTPrologue didn't have damage. Forza 1's physics were a little off to me. Game Informer also complained that the handling wasn't conveyed well. F2 was a huge jump in terms of accurate handling, and F3 is awesome. I am not bashing Forza, but in terms of most realistic handling, I don't see any game that beats Prologue at this point.

I think it will almost too close to tell. My biggest beef with both of these games, and with the racing genre overall, is where is the truly great AI? I think Prologue and F3 do a pretty good job on this, but after playing FPS games and others with such brilliant AI, why hasn't the Sim genre moved forward that much in this department?

They expected the game to flop because "Forza just can't compare to GT" according to GT fans. The damage control is all they have left :)
Really? Trying to constitute a glitch as ownage? Please try harder as a rare instance proves absolutely nothing about a game's quality.
