No No No No.
This actually really annoys me. This is now literally half a game.
I would like to point out the competition here: Gran Turismo 6
Forza 5 | Gran Turismo 6 |
---|
200 cars | 400 cars (completely ignoring standard POS cars) |
14 tracks | 37 tracks (100 layouts of those tracks) |
| |
Compared to GT6, Forza 5 really does seem like a cash in. I understand this is going to next gen, but this is just more evidence of a rushed game.
This coupled with day 1 dlc, and season passes, it really feels that Microsoft is desperate to milk this as much as possible, and rush it out the door at the same time.

Some of my favorite tracks have been cut, however the new tracks should keep me occupied for a while. Hopefully they will give us a steady stream of new tracks via DLC.
And that's what I'm also scared of. It's already going to cost $50 more to get the car number up 60 more (up to 260, still pretty much half of GT6); how much will they charge for tracks too, when they already have 1/3 of the tracks of the competition?
I know lems will defend this to death, but please wake up and wait for Forza 6 lems. I really do not feel this game should be supported with sales.
