very simple, do you prefer for a game to be smooth and with good framerate, or do you prefer for it to just look really good?

Frame rate and a good game that will show this is MK vs DC Universe! Frame rate is awesome and the graphics are still ok!;)

Depends on the game. I have to admit, i play crysis with a bit of a stutter, its worth it as it looks so dam amazing.

Online FPS games are all about FPS but other than crysis i have yet to buy one i cant max at 60fps.

I suppose I could get used to sub-par visuals. I just can't stand bad framerates; it ruins the game for me.

Depends on the type of game, and how low frame rate or visuals are. I prefer a great looking games with a great art style at solid 30 fps, than a good looking game with 60 fps, especially if it drops fps a lot.

Framerate is a lot more important, because it affects gameplay directly. Graphics are just eye-candy. So I always choose lower graphical settings if the game stutters... unless the game is called Crysis.

Look good and play smoothly.

30fps with great visuals is what I prefer. But if the framerate stutters a lot that frustrates me; GTA IV grrrr...

Can't go wrong with 1920*1200 at 45-60FPS. Have your cake and eat it to.

framerate anyday. I am disgusted by low framerates. but I play some of the games i used to love back in the ps1 days, and they have such low framerates it hurts my eyes. but i never noticed the issue back then.

What i find funny is most console gamers go on about how some PC hardware runs some games @ 30fps maxed out at 1080p and its a bad thing.

Most console games run @ 30fps at 720p no where near Pc maxed settings lol.

As a genral rule, i pick frame rate over visuals, but then again on crysis i put up with the slight stutter cause the game looks so damn good.

multiplayer need frame rate, no question.

But the best thing about been a pc gamer, by next year a new graphics card will be out that will be inexpensive and max crysis and i won't have to choose :)

frame rate above all else graphical, I can handle some slowdown if the game is really good but it is a massive let down :(.

Framerate all the way, been playing a lot of Wipeout HD lately and I love how smooth it is.
