Free Radical working on Crysis 2 multiplayer, GOTY Confirmed.

With Crytek making an amazing single player and Free Radical (Time Splitter devs) making the mp, this will be goty.

Only issue Crysis had was its MP and this won't be an issue anymore.

Yeah I think it was already posted but its all good.

All I know is I dont place faith in a game simply because of a devs past record. A game could be great or terrible but Im willing to wait and see what happens. Not to mention something like timesplitters and crysis are very far apart in how an fps plays out. It'll be interesting to say the least.

Yeah... see... unless they change the entire basis of Crysis as a realistic shooter, this won't be successful or good. Free Radical have always (except for Haze, which ironically killed them) been about arcade shooters. Their best games (Perfect Dark and TS2) were always about 60 fps of super-fast-paced action that didn't rely on crazy realistic physics or graphics... it was about goofing around with crazy stuff and having tons of fun. Look what happened with GTAIV when they went the "realism" route. It lost its "soul" that made it worth playing.

Granted, they could pull it out of their asses, but I'll believe it when I see it. I just want TS4 and Perfect Dark 2... but unfortunately, it will never happen. They've been farmed out and turned into the new Treyarch.
