Atleast it's a quailty list and not full of some medicore shooters (MAG) and one huge cutscene (Heavy Rain).

The huge cutscene that got a 8.5 here and tons of 9s from other sites? Yeah, that doesn't speak for a quality product at all... And the "average" shooter got an 8.0 on this site. Last time I checked that score stands for "great"..

You're right, it's probably coming out sooner. I wouldn't put it past Epic to release another buggy half baked game. They did it with Gears 2, afterall.
why do people mention crackdown2 like it's going to be so good, it looks just as bad as the first... but splinter cell does look good

Because the core of Crackdown was actually really good, it was just far too short and didn't have side missions, which is basically the only reason the game wasn't great, so if they manage to make it last a little longer and add side missions (shouldn't be hard), then it could easily be AAA.
