There haven't been many funny games this year. I would say Portal as well, with Ratchet & Clank getting honorable mention.
Portal was very well done and humorous, and "Still Alive" is simply great. R&C tried, but some of the jokes were a bit stale, but I did laugh quite a few times.
Yeah, we've had a slow year for funny games. Portal would get my vote. R&C and TF2 get honorable mentions. Many will ask why TF2 but it's all about the presentation, dialogue, and characters.
Super Paper Mario.Some of the stuff in that game is pure gold.Of course,"the cake is a lie" is genius,as well.:wink:

There was an entire level devoted to making fun of nerds. It was the funniest level in the game. And you're right, that line reminded me quite a bit of System Wars.

Hour of Victory is satire at it's finest. I sort of ha'ed at first then ha ha then WTH then laughed harder then boisterous laughter then gut churning tears laughter. No other game has provided that kind of laughs. It's the Spinal Tap of videogames.
