Funniest Gears 2 Bash Comments.

Its ridiculous that PS3 fanboys think certain games will kill Gears 2. And they're made some pretty halarious comments just to flame.

The classic Ive heard is:

R2 will Kill Gears 2

Comments like this are so ridiculous to me. How can the release of a game kill another popular game on another console? And we're taking about Gears 2, a game thats set to be AAA and sell close to Halo 3 numbers.

If you guys could think of any more ridiculous fanboy comments regarding gears please post and we can share the laughter.

if you only own a ps3 or a 360 the fact is that you have an amazing game to play in about a month

I would probably get both also, the fact is 360 owners know that they'll buy R2 if it was on the 360, and PS3 owners would be Gears 2 if it was on the PS3, but since they're exclusives, people will complete refuse to see that they're both good games and bash each other to death.

I here GOW looks to much like the 1st and people call it GOW 1.5, but even if gears 2 is a clone of the first one i can be no bad thing imo.

The only reason why people compare the two is that they're both blockbuster shooters. Its a hype war. Honestly Gears play way different than R2. But since people cant understand that point they'll say stuff like 60player MP > 5v5 MP.

GOW 2 is a clone of the first game that addresses the key shortcoming of the first game. Gears 2 is the same.

Yep even Gamespy.com said it's basicaly Gears 1.5 in their preview and they played through the whole game so I trust their judgement over an angry gears/xbox fan
