Now, to be fair, my impression is only based on the demo...but...
...those points are borderline idiotic. :| I can't comment on the AI, but crawling on the wall as an alien is so much easier than it was in the older games, a lot less confusing. Also, their attacks are pretty powerful, I can easily rip apart a human and predator in one or two shots using the standard melee attacks.
And of course the motion tracker makes noise, have you seen the movies? It's all part of the suspense, when that motion track starts sounding off it instills a sense of dread because I know an enemy or enemies are about to be upon me. Who the hell wrote this review!? They sum up the multiplayer in two sentences and list none of the positives for it, which there are many...and I can tell you that from just one map, one mode. It's so devoid of any justifications for the score I just can't take it seriously at all.
And low replay value? Maybe the campaign, but the multiplayer will have replay value just because of what it involves: aliens vs predators vs marines.
