Hironobu Sakaguchi, he's the man behind Final Fantasy series from I-X. I think he is the president of Mistwalker Studios now (games like Blue Dragon and Lost Odyssey).
Shinji Mikami (Resident Evil) and Yu Suzuki (Shenmue, Virtua Fighter) are the main one's that come to mind. However I think they were both said already.
