Game of the Month Prediction - May 2010

This month is nutty. Two huge exclusives, a couple huge multiplats, and all vying for our hard earned dollar (well some of us anyway). So whats it gonna be ladies and gents? Which will be the high scoring game of the month?

My personal GOTM will be RDR, but SMG2 will probably score higher just for the simple fact its Mario.

Popularity- Red Dead Redemption

Lots of good games this month. We've got Red Dead Redemption, SMG2, 3D Dot Heroes, Modnation Racer, Alan Wake, Lost Planet 2, and probably some other games that I've missed. From those I think RDR and SMG2 stand out the most. Both look like guaranteed AAA material but I'm leaning more towards RDR.

I think SMG will beat RDR and MNR.

SMG2 will probably score higher, but I think RDR is shaping up to be the better game.

If this poll was made 2 weeks ago Alan Wake would be dominating :P

RDR will be awesome. SMG2 is more of the same as SMG1 so it would be suprising if SMG2votedn as game of the month.

Alan Wake is scoring AA on several sites. Probably will score AA here. Won't be GOTM.

Lost Planet 2 just scored 6 on IGN...yeah.

Obviously GOTM is only between RDR and SMG2 at this point.

If I had to guess, SMG2 will be GOTM.

I think it's going to be SMG 2, but RDR will probably be close to it. I have RDR preordered and I'm going to buy SMG 2 soon (I'm more in the gaming mood for a rockstar open world game right now. Not saying it's better (or worse) than SMG 2, just that I'm in the mood for an open world western right now.

I think MR will be the best game this month for me, not looking forward, in any way shape or form, to RDR. Alpha Protocol comes out this month? I've seen nothing on it since a long ago Game Informer cover story.

It transcends time to claim best game of the month every month until StarCraft 3.

Its not really a prediction whenever we know Red Dead will be the Game of the Forever.

GOTM- Modnation Racers. Dang you for being M red dead!!!

RDR because that's the only game I'm getting this month so far.
