It's true that Bungie is doing something to keep the framerate steady and the graphics beautiful but that doesnt necesarily mean Halo 3 will take GOTY.

Demo recording has been around for ages in FPS games.
It's a nice feature, but not one that will really have an effect on its status as a GOTY contender.
