Do you guys have any suggestions for good lan network shooting games that I can play with my workmates after work on our computers? The're pretty fast, we are playing Modern Warfare 1 right now, I personally think it's a tad boring but the other guys like it. Obvious suggestion is Modern Warfare 2 and Bad Company 2, possibly GTAIV multiplayer and team fortress 2, and perhaps crysis multiplayer.

So any suggestions would be much appreciated from teh gaming system warriors.

can never go wrong with that game. although a lot of people are often turned off by the steep learning curve.

Team Fortress 2, Left 4 Dead 2, Bad Company 2 are all pretty recent and great games. I recommend Counterstrike: Source, or Unreal Tournament 2K4 for lan though, they are not the newest games out there anymore but they are still super fun. How many people are we talking, here? If it's like 4, Counter-Strike is fun, if it's like 32, then go for Battlefield Bad Company 2, or Team Fortress 2. Really you can't go wrong with TF2.

Starcraft. :P

Left 4 Dead 2, Counterstrike, Neverwinter Nights 2 (if you're into a little RPG goodness), TF2, etc.
