Game you are hyped for but also a little worried about meeting your expectations

For me it is Injustice Gods amoung Us.

I know Netherrealm did not have a lot of funding for MK VS DC and it costed the game in the presentation and gameplay. Luckily WB Games gave them all the resources they needed and make the brilliant Mortal Kombat remake.

Now they have not only WB Games giving them unlimited resources but they also have DC Comics giving them what Ed Boon said was infinite funds to make the best game possible.

Judging from what I saw I think this could be amazing. The animation and style of the backgrounds are already a step above the MK remake and anyone who played MK kows the stages were quite fantastic....probably the best ever in a 2D fighter. But I am worried the gameplay is gonna be so gimmick driven that the actual fighting itself will end up being a little shallow and the characterts move list will be small. MK if it had a flaw did not have many actual combat moves (Punches, kicks, throws) and the game ended up being whoever got the special moves out first.

But I have to say....The game looks quite fantastic and the 15 minute video's on Youtube are worth the download.

Dark Souls PC. I have a feeling it is going to be one of the world's worst port jobs of all time.

I'm slightly worried about both Assassin's Creed III and The Last of Us(especially the latter). They've each shown some really amazing looking stuff but I'm worried they won't stay consistent.

On the opposite note, Sleeping Dogs is something that every time they've shown it it's looked incredibly boring and generic to me, but I feel like it could end up being pretty cool.

GTA V

I just don't let myself get megahyped for games anymore. I was horribly burned many times this gen because of that. I've come to realize that no matter how amazing a developer is, even if they've delivered gold for 15 or 20 years, there is always potential for a steaming turd.

South Park The Stick of Truth

After loving brotherhood, and being bored out of my mind by revelations, I'm really hoping AC3 will blow me away.darkspineslayer

I'm agree about Injustice its looking really good and it will be a good game but not a very good fighter, just like Mortal Kombat 9.

Also, DOA5, i love DOA4 and i'm really hyped for 5 but i have some concerns with the stages and the overall structure of the fights.

XCOM: Enemy Unknown.

Far Cry 3 and Hitman Absolution.

Tomb Raider. Looks like they're trying too hard. Could've just been an awkward selection of gameplay segments since it looked like she couldn't take two steps without falling out of the sky, being impaled, or violated in some way. :|miriPlays

Need for Speed Most Wanted 2012 and GTAV.

Mainly the latter. I just don't want it to be as boring as GTAIV...

Dragon Age 3.

Origins is one the best games I have ever played,but DA2 is crap.

I really hope that 3 will be exactly like DAO.

Forza horizon, got burned with tdu2 a bit even though i love it hope they dont bugger with the handling of Forza too much from its track based bretherin.

I hope so. I already have the game for PS3 and have like 300 hours into it. I am hoping the PC version will be much better than the PS3 version and people will create some mods for it to make it even better.

GTAV. I'm really hoping it's not just more of the same thing as GTAIV with new douchebag characters in a bigger city. I want Rockstar to bring more to the table like they did with San Andreas instead of just trying to push a cinematic story experience and a lack of variety and content like they did with GTAIV.

ZombiU; game seems great, but I may be in for a massive disappointment.

Planetside 2. I'm only a tiny bit worried though. As long as they listen to the old players they should be fine.

Hahaha,that's nice.I'll be waiting for reviews and community feedback before making any purchases.But I REALLY want to play it,and have an enjoyable experience,without crashes,instabilities,etc...

Only frustrations I welcome are those that come when you die,and lose your souls :P

Natural Selection 2. Im worried if the gunplay is smooth, accurate and fast. Hopefully there is demo or real open beta.

halo- I been playing since halo 1 and always had a blast till halo reach. SO i guess i give it one more shot.

dishonored- looks like freaking great new ip but Who knows

Gta5. hopefully it's not too realitic and boring as 4. hoepfully they go back to the SA ways and bring the fun back

For me I'm a bit worried about Planetside 2. It looks amazing but we have yet to see full scale battles and the cash shop could easily turn out as pay to win even if they say it won't.

Also pretty worried about the PC release of Dark Souls. With so many typical console port issues left in, I hope it doesn't get pirated or simply not played. Otherwise From might not bring their next Souls game to PC.

The Last of Us, Bioshock Infinite, and Halo 4.

Company of Heroes 2. Not necessarily about the quality, Relic has proven themselves over and over again in that aspect. I'm more concerned that it will incorporate and use the same DRM that Diablo III did. CoH is easily my favorite RTS and to have its sequel ruined by that sh!t would really, really be a disappointment.
