Games like Halo 4, Gears of War 2, Mass Effect 2, etc.

And have multiplats to Current Gen Xbox 360?

Next gen is a made up term, seeing as no matter what "supposed gen" a game is in, there is only a few that break boundaries.. And some still have yet to be matched or surpassed regardless how many years later..

:lol: There won't even be another Halo, the franchise is done like dinner, just like Metroid Prime is done, trilogies do not need to be milked when they are as highly rated as Halo or Metroid Prime, that just ruins how great the series are to begin with. That is like taking Lord of the Rings or Star Wars and making spin off films about one specific character which is just such a bad idea.

even nintendo is working on a new system, every companystarts planning about thier future productas soon as they release the current 1.....even though ps3 is a future proof machine according to sony....i bet they are already planning ps4 lol

Ah, I know that every company is currently in planning for their next console and have been since the last one launched, but we're talking about when the actual consoles launch.

The next big games we'll see through to completion for Xbox 360 will more than likely be Gears 2, the first 2 games in the Too Human saga, and Peter Jackson's Halo project. I think we'll also see Forza 3 on 360.

The next Xbox will see Halo 4, Gears of War 3, Too Human:The Final Chapter, PGR 5, Ninja Gaiden 3, and Forza 4.

So while you certainly can't throw all the big guns out at once, I'm sure those games will help Microsoft's next machine compete with the PS4, and Wii2.

Besides, games are just becoming so big that budgets and man power will only increase. Hence the need to become mutiplate.

I think Microsoft will eventually be the main console we all play.Even if it takes 2 generations,because there's no need for 2 platforms that play the same games with different names.
