Games releasing this week. Slim pickins again for PS3

It's amazing that PS3 is the only one that seems to be targeted when every console right now doesn't have anything great.

I'm a DS owner and I can admit this week's releases aren't good:

DS

Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer
Zendoku
Chicken Shoot
Time Ace

None of the consoles/handhelds have anything interesting this week.

Agreed. DS has had very little this year. Also, the PS3 is not just getting few releases, it also had little to no game announcments this year as well.goblaa

Haze just got announced a timed exclusive and there have been a few previously thought 360 exclusives coming to PS3 now (Timeshift, Kane and Lynch). Wii hasn't had any major announcements, and neither has 360. Why target the PS3?

Yeah, 360 hasn't had much announced thie year either, but the Wii line-up has literly doubled or trippled in the last 6 months. We have been getting on average 4 announcments a week.

Come on, you and me both know how many devs decided to make quick cash games for the DS. Look at games like Burnout Legends, or... Elf Bowling.

Wii has yet to get a major 3rd party game announcement despite the massive sales. Yes, it's getting games like RE Wii edition and Soul Calibur Legends and what not, but the main entries in these series are coming to the PS3, or 360, or both.

Actually both have had notble announcements with the Wii being games such as NiGHTS and Mario and Sonic at the Olympics.

I wonder if Brain Age is going to be a full price game...It looks like a ton of funHarlockJC

yeah wiis gotten tons of new games announced rygar, ninghts,abd soul calibur,off the top of mah head. ps3 really hasnt asides from the ones u listed, im hoping for alot of announcements this E3.

I loved the DS ones, but I may wait for a rating on this one. But it looked like a blast when watching the On the Spot.

Oh Blow off fanboy. XBOX360 isn't releasing anything great right now? FORZA 2, TENCHU Z, foget about those?

PS3 is rightfully targeted. Sony's system has by far the most pathetic lineup of games right now. That WILL change soon with NG: Sigma and Lair, but until then, it's pretty easy to target as a system with no freaking games.
