The Spyro Series

His first few games were great! But once he got of the Playstation, he really started sucking...

James Bond Games

Yea goldeneye was really the only good bond game but hey, it was really good

Sonic

Many people will argue and say that the downfall of Sonic started when he came into the 3D world. Sonic Adventure 1 and 2 werent bad IMO. I think once heroes came though...thats what started it

Tony Hawk Games

The First Tony hawk was great, second was....well the thrid was ok...Underground was....eh.....

I thought Sonic adventure 1 and 2 were great games, especialy for there time. But sonic heroes sucked bad, another series thats going down hill imo is Prince of Persia, the first one was my havorite but the second and third were like meh, same ol same ol.

bond went downhill after goldeneye, but was saved a bit by Everything or Nothing, one of my favorite games.

I had TONS of fun with Persia series.

Crash, seen better days, agreed. I want to say Mario's solo carreer since the GC one wasn't good..but I'll give him some time to prove himself again.

Pac Man yes, poor little yellow guy, they should of just let him be ass for final fantasy, i still think they rawk, havent played 12 or 3 yet though, heard 3 is extremely frustrating though and 12 was good but disappointing.

I disagree, I love the whole series from start to finish.

Yeah, poor Crash :(. I really enjoyed his games on the PS1...

Watch ND do it to Jak and Dax too ¬_¬ They come with up a good game, the ruin it..Then start on a new series :S

I'm disagreeing with a lot of these. Tony Hawk's UnderGround was freakishly awesome. UT2004 was freakishly awesome. I would say Mortal Kombat went downhill.

Obviously Crash, Twisted Metal, Sonic and Spyro are extreme cases of downhill suckage. I was a HUGE Crash fan back in the day. The first 3 Crashes and the Kart game were the best. After Naughty Dog sold the rights, they sucked, alot. Twisted Metal was also top natch but after TM2 (Best in the series) until TM Black they were low quality. Sonic... well we all know what happened to him. SA1&2 were the last good games. Spyro was also awesome in the first few but like Crash, sucked after Insomniac sold the rights.

i thought 3 was pretty good, it took the best things from 1 and 2, although i didnt like two as much.

Mario? Mario is still great. They have decent to really good games. I think Mortal Kombat went bad once it went 3D.

castlevania has become some what of a joke really. megaman has become trash. donkey kong, dk64 was great but those bongo games were stupid. Sonic takes the cake though. secret rings is a 7ish game which is the best that series has had in a while, thats sad.

hmm... Dynasty Warriors. Shouldn't have been a series really. Was alright on the PS1 because it was new, Nobody had ever seen that many enemies fighting at once. Then they kept rehashing, milking, rehashing, milking, over and over again until the series was long forgotten. SSX is still great, but they have been getting worse and worse slowly. then there's Starfox... surprised nobody mentioned this. Starfox for the SNES = awesome. Starfox 64 = one of my favourite games of all time. Starfox Adventure = milkage of Starfox franchise when it should have been another game. Starfox Assault = an empty shell of a once great series. Luckily, command is a STEP in the right direction. Much like Secret Rings to the Sonic series. Neither of the games are great, but they show the developers are getting back on track.
