it seemed really weird playing devil may cry 4 on my friends 360 today. the control felt off. and it seemed strange not seeing the PS logo. its like playing halo on the wii. i think that should of stayed a playstation exclusive. what other games should of stayed exclusive. ninja gaiden?

Because of system restrictions. You can never make your game take full advantage of a console as long as it is multiplatform. As a gamer who owns all 3, I tend to prefer games to remain exclusive for that reason.

Can you come up with the revenue generated by multiplat-ing a game? I didn't think so. Having games multiplatform is great, developers make more money, more people get to play games, what's not to like? Your pride? Pfft.

Halo and Gears of War. They dont even sell that well on PC because they come out so long after the console versions they're inevitably seen as "so last year" by then. They basically undermine their own console by depriving it of exclusives out of sheer greed so that they can squeeze some more profit out of their key franchises on the PC.Ninja-Vox

True. Halo2 I think was used to try and sell vista quite honestly and premote the hole live thing. Gears came out a year later and Im sure it sold ok but I have already played it like when it came out.

Totally forgot about that. It wouldnt make sense though. Yeah lets release the 3 past RE on PS but not put the new one on it. Sounds like a plan.
