Same here actually.
I got to Tourian but died and gave up.
Still have my password too.
The original Metroid on NES. Sure I beat Zero Mission, but not the actual NES version, due to how confusing it is.nintendoboy16
I might be able to beat it but every time I get close my nintendo just explodes and starts flashing
You know what they say, 6th time's a charm.OK PC gamers PLEASE don't kill me!
Planescape Torment, ive started it like 5 times and never really gone further than the Morgue.

I'm guessing it's very difficult to do so, like trying to finish the original Fallout using only speech.I've never actually done it that way, so I can't say. But I'm sure it's hard as hell.[QUOTE="BattleTurtles"] There's a way to beat PS:Torment only battling 4 or 5 times.mo0ksi
There is one game that sticks out in my mind, Dragon Quest 2 on the NES! I rented that bad boy as a kid and got about 2/3rds of the way through. For some reason my parents didn't let me recheck it out when I returned it and I never found that same cartridge for rent again :/. So yeah about 20 years later this still sticks out in my mind as an unfinished adventure i'd like to finish one day.
Ocarina of Time...
It was obviously amazing for it's time, but I started to like Zelda in like 2005. I'm pretty sure I played Wind Waker, then played Twilight Princess after.
I went back to play Ocarina of Time, and got to the water temple. I just never picked it up again because it was so boring compared to the newer ones.
Btw, I've seen my friend play through pretty much everything after that, so I know what happens and stuff.
mafia and shenmue 2 i love shenmue 2 but i just never finished it mafia i got stuck on some car mission and on shenmue i explored around the town last i can remeber was going to the old martial arts guy i wanna finish it be4 3 comes out
Demons Souls.Didnt have the patience to finish the Penetrator off. lol wierd boss name is wierd, RyukatonReally? Thought that was by far the easiest boss I've fought so far. Biorr of the Twin Fangs helped me but he didn't do much at all. I had a blue phantom helping but he was an all melee attacker and got killed instantly. I stood 20 feet away while it fought Biorr and nailed it with Soul Rays, then when it got anywhere near me used Firestorm which took out a good 25% of his health bar every time, not including Soul Rays which each took about 5%. Fight was done in less than a minute and I didn't take a single hit. But hey everyone else thought Dragon God was the easiest and that took me like 50 tries so maybe I'm doing it wrong :P.
Ya, Water Temple was iffy. I liked it but it was kinda sketch. Pick it up again and finish the game, truly the greatest game ever, and the best temples ever come after Water.Ocarina of Time...

Final Fantasy 6. I have the game for the PS1, but I'm stuck at Mt. Kolts, with Vargas almost always kicking my ass. Sabin always comes too late. Think I need to grind some more. Seriously need to get back to that game. Also never did finish Lunar 2: Eternal Blue Complete even though I completed Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete. Shadow of Rome is another game, as well as Onimusha 3: Demon Siege, because I completed Onimusha 2 and Dawn of Dreams.
The original Metal Gear Solid, it sat around collecting dust until my cousin broke it.

Ha that game only takes a few hours to beat once you know what to do.
I wish I'd beaten FFVIII. Everyone claims its as epic as VII but I could just never get into it.

Ahh yes I've yet to beat Mafia. I lost interest near the end, sadly.
God that game was horrible, but i wish I had finished it. I also need to get around to finishing off Dragon Age: Origins....ughMetroid prime 2

Legend of Zelda, OoT, got to the final boss, would've liked to see the ending.
Killzone 2, got to the final boss, doubt i'll be able to beat it.
Metroid Prime 3... just can't get into it like the original Prime.
GTA IV... I've tried a number of times to like this game... but I just don't... I loved GTA 3 and Vice City though, weird right?

Yeah The Water Temple, was the more difficult dungeon in OOT, if I remember correctly... and I (maybe you too) just don't enjoy water levels in games, they always seem the weakest and least fun.
Still loved OOT though.
how dare you have a link pic if you never beat OoT, that has the be the best zelda game ever. shame on youOcarina of Time...

A really old game called Miricle warrior's, it was on the Master System . I played that RPG loads and I leveled really high, but I never did finish the bastard  I think that was my first ever RPG :o.
Any of the Metroid Prime games, never really was able to finished any of them due to a lack of interest.
I wish I beat NES Ninja Gaiden. The game requires too much of a committment though. Getting to the final boss is just too brutal because you have to figure out what to do and nothing seems to work. I finally watched the ending and good thing I did because I never would have figured it out.
I stopped playing Metroid Prime 2 of Aug. 2008 and picked it up again November of 2009. The game just wore me down and became too overwhelming, but I just played a bit each day.
It wasn't too bad that way, but the back tracking was a bit too much.
FF8 was worth beating. Like one poster said earlier, they couldn't get into it. Neither could I until about 65% through, then I really enjoyed it. The biggest issue I have with the FF games is that there is little or no focus on character background. FF8 probably has my favorite ending.
I beat Mario Galaxy (meaning getting EVERY star) both with Mario and Luigi, but again I did it a bit at a time. You zip right through it with Luigi.
