Not a suprise to me. I was pretty interested in this game back when info came out about it. Looks like I am going to have to get a new console in order to play it. I am waiting on a price drop though.
I'm glad Jeff is using the new review system the way is should be used(more in-depth good and bad, medals ect) unlike some of the other reviews we've seen thats only had a very bare good and bad.

I would give it an 8.0. I just finished this game.
Everything is truely awesome about this game, xcept for the gameplay. It gets really, really repetitive. But everything else (story, voiceacting, graphix, creepyness) is topnotch.

I guessed an 8.0, so that's pretty good. Still only worth a rental though, from what I've been reading all around. But it will make a damn fine rental.
I've been playing it, and although I'm still in the early stages, I agree with the review completely... especially the voice acting. The voice acting is some of the best in recent memory... and the darkness it creepy as hell.

not really ...a lot of people complained " this game is repetitive , I played it " so they were either lemmings or cows and I doubt hermits waste their time with this.
I think the game is more of a rent for me, multiplayer doesn't really intrest me and since the Darkness has a fairly short campaign i think i could finish it in a few days.
