GameStop will be promoting a special deal soon that will entice Xbox 360 owners to make the jump to the Xbox One. According to sources, GameStop will be offering a $50 credit if users trade-in eligible Xbox 360 titles for the same game on Xbox One. The deal effectively allows users to upgrade their X360 copy for $10. The titles that will be eligible include:

Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag
Battlefield 4
Call of Duty: Ghosts
FIFA 14
Madden NFL 25

There are some rules.

There is some fine print with this deal. For one, the Xbox 360 game will have to be purchased at GameStop and within 30 days of release. It can only be traded in for the same game on Xbox One and must be done by December 31. It will require a free PowerUp Rewards membership. The trade in offer will be processed using a coupon that will be sent through e-mail.

We buy BF4 for the 360 for $59.99

We play it for a couple days.

We trade it back in to Gamestop for the Xbox One version of the SAME GAME and pay $10 more than what the Xbox One version costs.

...?

Keep in mind both versions sell for $59.99...

So, you ultimately pay $69.99 for the game, after you already played through it on the weaker version.
