Interesting statement. I hope we get full numbers soon. Still, while the degree of the Switch's success can be debated night and day I think we can all conclude that for now, the launch was successful. Now Nintendo has to maintain momentum.

If it did well in the US, it is definitely going strong in Japan. Two very key territories for the prolonged success of the platform. 2 million in a month is ambitious!

How is 2 million in 1 month ambitious when PS4, and Xbox One both sold 1mil on launch day in USA alone?

This upcoming one will only tackle February sales, however. I suppose we'll find out how Nioh, Halo Wars 2, and For Honor did.

I want the Switch do well as much as anyone because I think a strong Nintendo is good for the industry but without actual numbers this means nothing. Sounds like another Gamestop PR statement.

Gamestop is gonna be in trouble sony an microsoft are going digital they are fighting against themselves every ps4 an xb1 gamestop sells is more digital games they sell on there and they dont get game sales much because people can get em cheaper at best buy or amazon

Their marketing strategy was legit, unlike Wii U. I'm not surprised.
