I think they are going by the amount of info the game currently has, but then again why would they have Castlevania on the list when we know nothing about it.

That's a fine list for the most part.

List isn't too great. Metroid Other M and Galaxy 2 are probably on the top as my list as well though. I don't care about Halo Reach, Castlevania Lords of Shadow and Bioshock 2 though. DaViD_99

Agreed 100% with #1.

Although that's mostly because I haven't played Super Mario Galaxy 1, and I am unfamiliar with the other franchises mentioned in the list.

wow i cant belive it

im a huge metroid fan, but im just so sceptical becouse retro isnt doing the game

i loved the prime series, and trilogy was one of my top games of 2009

i just hope it turns out awesome as prime

i always considered samus to be nintendos best character, personality, looks, and awesomeness =]

I'm a bit iffy with Castlevania and Red Dead, if only because they're not as well known as the others nor do I have any personal interest in them, but otherwise a decent list. I'm personally happy with Metroid: Other M and Super Mario Galaxy 2 managing to get to the top of the list despite Nintendo's usual silence, though given the stance that a majority of people like us have on Nintendo, those two might not sit well.

starcraft 2 should be number 1!! It easily outbeats any game coming out this year, that is IF sc2 releases this year.

Glad to see Metroid Other M as #1 on the list as it's my most anticipated game of the year. Also glad to see Starcraft II and Super Mario Galaxy on the list.

I am hyped for metroid,but SMG2 is no where on my list first one bored me to tears so yea. In the end this list doesint mean crap only difference is they have a site and each of us doesint.
