@charizard1605: I think Zelda AND definitly Last Guardian being way higher and games like Overwatch ( same shit with difference skin/theme) or/and Deus being lower. My opinion

The thing is, we have seen about 40 seconds worth of footage for both, Zelda and TLG, and both games have a history of missing deadlines. I'm not surprised that they rank as low as they do here.

I am very pleasant surprised by the top three- surprised, and very happy with it, too (even though it's no secret I don't much care for UC4 as it has been shown so far).

If its as good as Human Revolution it will be a GOTY contender.

I think the reason Zelda isn't number one is because Nintendo showed of the game as open world and such, everybody got hyped, then they changed their minds and wanted to do something different with it. Nobody knows whats really going on with it completely (as far as I know, correct me if i'm wrong).

That's not it (and Nintendo did say it's open world still).

The reason it plummeted from #1 last year to #10 this year is a simple lack of footage and new information, plain and simple. To generate hype, you need to keep fueling it, and Nintendo has done a terrible job on that front with Zelda.

Not much to include unless someone is really excited over Quantum Break. Xbones lineup this year is abysmal.

F*ck yeah, man. Just think, this list doesn't even have Quantum break, ReCore, Star Fox Zero, Gravity Rush II, Ni no Kuni II, Dragon Quest VII and Dragon Quest VIII, and so much more- it's gonna be insane

That's a good list, nice to see Persona 5 at #1. Would have personally put Deus Ex above Final Fantasy, also disappointed that Fire Emblem: Fates isn't in there (but seeing as the game's like a month away from launch, that is understandable).

I guess the lack of ME: Andromeda in the list is also understandable, seeing as we know practically nothing about it.

Perhaps but listing The Last Guardian over Gears of War 4 is pure bollocks.

The stress never goes away. But I'm resigning myself to playing again if it bothers me enough, an attitude that's helping neutralize my soul-consuming OCD.

@n64dd: Yeah, the first game was pretty bad on that front. It all got so unwieldy about 10 hours in.

There doesn't seem to be much hype surrounding Gears 4 and its being made by a brand new studio. I bet QB came much closer to making the list than Gears did.

I see , well its my preference i guess. I mean , Overwatch is more hype than anything else since its a blizzard game and we know what that means. Blizzard fans are literally the worst kind of fanboys , they are willing to hype and spend money on any ridiculous Blizzard crap ( or not ) out there. Thats my opinion of course as an ex-fan of Blizzard and a hardcore veteran of their games like Diablo/Diablo2 / Wow etc. Overwatch over Zelda ? Naaah...

As for TLG , is a unique game. People should be out of their mind if they are not anticipate something different , something unique or something out of ordinary to welcome yet another arena FPS or another Deus. Nothing wrong with the games ofc , they might be great for their respective genres , but imo , something is wrong with the people instead. Because its the majority of gamers afterwards crying out loud about companies focusing on FPS/Shooters only etc etc ...

Anyway, i'm honestly baffled by people anticipating FFXV. It's amazing that SE slapping people in the fap with shit over and over doesn't stop them.

Also, stop caring about GT since that lol worthy of putting Star Citizen in games that might suck in 2016.

I agree on 1 - 3, don't care about 4 - 8, 9 I'm just interested to see how it turns out in the end, and 10 is understandably low there, but a day 1 purchase along with the top 3.

All in all, not bad. 2016 is going to be fantastic.

Final Fantasy 15 does look great, and it has the benefit of having a demo out that people played and largely enjoyed

Yeah, Zelda may be whatever, but it's still day one cause it's Zelda. I am interested in Deus Ex and Horizon, maybe gonna get Dark Souls 3, The Last Guardian I'm more fascinated by than interested in, and, well, the top three is perfect.

Surprised to see a mainstream outlet have the balls to have P5 as their number one.

@charizard1605: I'll attribute it to the fact that the staff at Gametrailers frequents System Wars and all of your constant nagging about how great Persona 4 is or how amazing Persona 5 looks got them to notice.
