It's nearly impossible for one to work with both the 360 and PS3. PS3 uses Bluetooth while 360 uses (I believe) 2.4 GHz wireless technology. The wired headset for the 360 is the best. Also, if you mean headphones, check out the Denon AH D5000. They are expensive, but it's excellent sound.

Na the wireless one is so much better for the 360. Just expensive

I prefer the wired one, it doesn't die as fast.

None. On the bright side, if you have a cell phone with bluetooth, you could use the same headset with that as with the PS3.

Bluetooth is a wireless 2.4GHz technology. Anyways, the 360 uses its own proprietary standard.

You can also use USB headsets for the Playstation 3.

Microsoft has an official headset thats included in the 360 package or 13 months subscription XBL Gold package. The PS3 does not have an official headset, but you can use any blue tooth headset. Google PS3 blue tooth headset compatibility and check which one connects the best, because there's some blue tooth headsets that drops signal or that won't register for your PS3.

srry if my topic was kind of misleading. what i actually meant were like pro gaming headsets like the a40 from astro gaming, or the tritton ax360. i just wanted to know those, not blue tooth. but thanks for all the replies :););)

I don't think there is any headset that works on both systems. As of now I use the one that came with Socom 1 on my PS3 with no problem when I want to use a headset, it's a USB headset.

If you can wait a couple months, the offical PS3 Bluetooth headset comes out, and if you plan on buying Socom Confrontation, you can get a bundle for $60.
