Gaming on Xbox / Xbox App / MS Hybrid PC / Game Pass Absolutely OBLITERATES the Competition. Prove Me Wrong!!!!!!

There is no denying that Game Pass currently is far and away the best deal and best subscription service in gaming.

The Xbox App and Game pass and the near future MS endorsed Hybrid PC Xbox is going to Annihilate the competition into DUST!!!!!!

There's no denying this any further and only a desperate fool will attempt to refute this at this point.

Lets look at the FACTS here. Not only does MS Game Pass offer some of the best games currently and also best 3rd party games being added regularly, but also factor in that aspect along with all the best 3rd party developed games released on Xbox platforms makes the Xbox and MS endorsed gaming devices the definitive place to play.

With recent stellar games released on Game Pass like Stalker 2 and Indiana Jones and future games coming like Avowed and Fable and many others that are still cooking and of course the fact that MS will be releasing a PC like Hybrid Xbox that will incorporate PC and Steam. and a Handheld coming as well

Imagine 2025 on Xbox platforms. Avowed, Oblivion Remake, Fable. I mean this alone is just insanely good. And don't sleep on Fable becuase Playground games are a top shelf developer and we all should expect a high level polished AAA type game from them.

Just again imagine a place to play your games that has all the great 3rd party developed games and also all the great Game Pass MS exclusive semi exclusive launch day one Game Pass releases. Also imagine in the really near future MS adding as well a fully open PC Hybrid sponsored Xbox with full PC backlog and games catalog past current and future all in one amazing Xbox / Xbox App and play anywhere and a handheld as well.

Also keep in mind it's looking like MS is going to allow 3rd party manufactures to produce Xboxes as well and this means MS can keep the power edge indefinitely over the competition and if you want a super powerful high-end Xbox with the best graphics and performance you'll have that option as well.

It don't get any better then this right here folks and you know it to be true and if you're still in denial well get help and get ready becuase you'll be missing out big time if you ain't on board with MS/Xbox

It does seem like a good idea for Microsoft to go for a hybrid approach with stores like Steam and EGS. It sounds like maybe developers are less attracted to develop for the Xbox console even if Microsoft is trying to pay for them to port their games to Xbox. If developers didn't have to port their games to Xbox, and Xbox could just run PC games from Steam and EGS, then that would eliminate the need to make special optimized ports for Xbox, but people could still play the games without Microsoft having to pay money to get the games.

There is talk about Microsoft making a version of Windows that can boot into a special game mode where none of the desktop nags for OneDrive and driver installation wizards show up. It could also be something that users can switch in and out of from the desktop. Maybe this will make gaming more accessible. Hopefully this is not just a rumor, and we learn more about the progress on this.

One interesting thing though is even PC gamers seem to be attracted to pre-built PCs and all-in one boxes that are preconfigured. The entire PC world is trying to make everything more accessible. Even building a PC is less complex. You used to have network cards, sound cards, disk controllers and I/O cards, set a lot of jumpers, and now there are fewer parts and everything is more integrated. Even on the GPU you can no longer add/remove RAM yourself like on earlier video cards.

It used to be that everyone had a PC but now more people are using phones and skipping the PC completely. I wonder if PC will become more mainstream again with a push for more streamlined use, and if there will be less hardware configuration to alienate users because of this mainstream push. We are seeing integrated gaming laptops and handhelds from traditional PC makers. Making discrete components only to end up in integrated systems for a smaller segment of the market is more of a hobbyist thing, it may be more specialized and expensive than it's worth for the consumer market.

There is talk of Microsoft licensing the Xbox brand for other hardware makers to make their own Xbox devices, and this could lead to a future of such integrated and licensed PC devices populating the enthusiast PC gaming market.
