Uncharted 1 was much better than Gears 1 and Uncharted 2 was much better than Gears 2. I'm going to go on a hunch and say Uncharted 3 will be better than Gears 3

Alot of us here will be enjoying both, the consoles have been out so long anow and have dropped in price that I dont see a reason for this lame "war" anymore, do yourself a favor and buy whatever console you dont have out of the two, and be done with it already. I dont see how any real gamers dont have both already.

Scores wise? Absolutetly not. Both of these are blockbuster exclusives and they both will be fantastic. Sales wise? Maybe. Gears of War has a much bigger fanbase than Uncharted.

No Uncharted 3 will be better. I really liked Uncharted 2 A LOT more than Gears 2 in every way, especially gameplay wise.

I always liked the Uncharted setting more. Love the mix of climbing and shooting etc

I didn't play Gears 2, as I had sold my 360 by the time it came out. Gears 1's gameplay was stiff, the story boring, and the pop in was flat out ridiculous. I don't even think some textures ever made it into the cutscenes before they ended for me.

Why was TC banned but this thread continues?

On topic, I'm sure they will both be great games in their own ways.
