Gears and Halo.. MS better think of something after these games get boring!

MS has a much bigger lineup than the PS3 does, who are you kidding?  It seems like the 360 pretty much gets at least one AA title every single month compared to what on the PS3??? 

And until the PS3 gets a game that is as good as a Gears of War or Halo3, I don't think there's too much you can say about it without looking like a total fanboy. 

And if you really believe that MGS4, DMC4 & Killzone 2 will all hit the PS3 this year, you're in for a rude awakening.  Anything else I can own you on while I'm at it???

Halo
Halo 2
Halo 3
Gears of War
Gears of War 2
Gears of War 3
Mass Effect
Mass Effect 2
Mass Effect 3

Will keep me busy for a very long time. I guess I'm not like other gamers. I play one game a long time instead of just one playthrough.

Mass Effect 2, Forza 3 someday, Ninja Gaiden 2, Dead or Alive 5, Rare games, Gears of War 2, Blue Dragon, Alan Wake, Halo Wars are a strong post Halo 3 lineup in the year and a half after that game is released as far as exclusives go. Now if Crackdown does well and Too Human somehow suprises that game is also a trilogy and would be additional firepower. Lost Oddyssy is coming as well as tons of extremely popular multiplat games.

Oh, and add in Saints Row 2, Dead Rising 2, and Lost Planet 2.

Sorry, software wise the 360 is extremely solid until 2009 and then we'll see whats cooking.

So yea. Microsoft better have something fresh up its sleeve once Forza and Halo 3 come out because by the time Halo 3 comes out, the PS3 will have just as many killer apps as MS. MGS, Devil May Cry,Killzone, Motorstorm among other great titles to be released by that time not including singstar and a number of Firmware updates making the PS3 online very improved. Then 2008 will arrive and we will be seeing Gran Turismo and Final Fantasy among other great titles coming out in 2008. Sure Mass Effect and Bioshock may be ok titles but lets face it, both of those titles dont interest casual games as much as MGS, Gran Turismo and Devil May cry does. Im not neccesairly saying im against the 360 because I do own both Consoles and I do enjoy both of them greatly, Im just saying that aside from Halo 3 and forza, MS really doesnt have anything THAT intresting coming out. Especially if Sony does release a next gen twisted Metal and God Of War 3 in 2008, Microsoft will have A LOT of catching up to do.RagingBull2584

If you're going to judge games on their 'casual appeal', then the fact that Dead Rising and Lost Planet have both sold well over 1 million copies as new franchises on a relatively new console should mean that they are worthy apps.

Besides, Bioware games have great sales. KOTOR was one of the best-selling games on the Xbox, so there's no reason to think that Mass Effect will sell poorly.
