Gears of War 2 Horde is the best multiplayer experience this generation

No. Almost every game I have played 3 out of the 5 players quit by the 10th round. It's ridiculous. With that said, it can be very fun when no one quits, but that's rare.

Not really no. Its just an ok survival mode.

Its a great mode, but imo Team Fortress2 and Left4Dead are better multiplayer games this gen.

Halo 3, COD4 and Left4Dead are all better imo.

Nah. So far I would give that award to GTA4 and L4D with Halo 3 closely following.

There is a bunch of games that have much better MP experiences then GeoW2. Its ok but when there is a huge amount of other games that are better it just doesn't match up.

i wouldnt go that far, i love horde though, its all i play whenever i play gears online

This takes a bit of time to get used to, but once you have, it is pretty damn awesome. I wanna learn to use the pro controls though.

Horde is fun for a while, but it just got to repetitive for me. Couple that with the fact that you can only select what wave you start on in private matches, which sucks for me because none of my real life friends bought Gears 2 except one of them, and the other people on my friends list don't play Gears 2 that much anymore.

Horde can be a blast but I wouldn't call it the best multiplayer this generation. Heck, I don't even think it's the best survival experience, I had more fun playing Far Cry: Instincts on Predator mode with the generator in an impossible to reach location. I had some AMAZING survival matches in that game.

We have a freaking blast playing it.....I never play it without 4 other friends.....So that could be a solid reason why we like it so much

Horde is good but it was surpassed by resistance 2's online coop mode that was just sweet.
