it's not "just wait"...it's "just find the time to play all the other AAA games (4 in the last 4 months) that the 360 has to offer"...it's quite different than the ps3 version, which goes something like "our games suck, but just wait until 2008 when our games wont' suck anymore".

No. "Just wait" means: We don't really have any games out right now that justify purchasing our console, but "just wait" until such-and-such comes out at some point down the road.

This thread: Hey, the original Gears of War came out last year, and now there's a sequel rumored to be coming out next November. I really liked this game and I'm looking forward to the new one, and I wanted to share my excitement with all of you.

You do know you can actually PLAY the multiplat games right? Sometimes it just seems that people only talk about the very FEW exclusives each system manages to keep. Is your enjoyment of a game really dependant on exclusivity or not?

The just wait comes from cows saying "just wait til 'x' " event. No one with a 360 is craving more games at the minute or for months to come. I doubt anyone with a semblance of a life has had a chance to fully play through half the 360's library this holiday season.

No, it doesn't. And to add more gas to the fire, you're a hardcore 360 hater -- I don't think you could utter a single word without it being filled with bias crud.

XBOX 360 was never hyped as the best system ever. The PS3 has been hyped as the most powerful, the best, blah blah blah. Yet it hasn't produced a single AAA title and has just recently surpassed what the 360 launched with. Just Wait refers to the PS3 getting good and becoming competition, not the PS3 gettings games.

The 360 has big games now. It has Bioshock, Gears of War, Halo 3, Mass Effect, and Forza Motorsport 2. Next year Lost Oddyssy, Fable 2, Ninja Gaiden 2, Halo Wars, Banjo Threeie, and Allen Wake are hitting the shelves. The 360 already had a year of AAA titles. Just how exactly does that negate the whole PS3 "just wait" campaign? Because another 360 title could potentially be coming out next year?

"ZOMG! EVERY TIME A NEW 360 TITLE IS ANNOUNCED/RUMORED ITS OBVIOUSLY ALL LEMMINGS [ONLY ELITE GAMESPOTTERS USE WORDS LIKE COWS/LEMMINGS/SHEEP/HERMITS LOL] ARE SAYING JUST WAIT JUST LIKE TEH PS3! LOL THE HIPPOCRYTERS!"

So yes, the 360 has to wait for future titles -- every console does. The catch is that nobody has to wait for the 360 to deliver what was promised -- it's currently delivering now.

You make no sense. We are excited for a great game that were hoping to come out next year. We're not "waiting" for a greatt AAA game like you cows have been. 360 owners have had their fill with Halo,Bioshock,OB etc. It just a game to look forward to in 08.

The trilogy does not have to stay on one console ala Halo 3, etc etc etc etc. Confirmation and announcemnet come from the developers giving an actual announcement. For example SC: Conviction the sequel to DA is coming out Q3 2008.
