Gears of War 3 - demo on Gamespot Live

There's a demo of Gears 3 on Gamespot according to the schedule - cannot wait to see it as it looked amazing yesterday.

Hopefully show of more of the new engine and features :)

Edit: It says it under 2pm (whatever time zone that is) - so that's anytime in the next hour.

Ign had a demo of it. It's like Horde except that you play as the Locust instead of the COG. You can also play as tickers, berserkers, boomers, ect. Although at first, things like berserkers and stuff won't be unlocked, you have to earn the more powerful classes. You also get credits for defeating COG soldiers. Kantus have the ability to revive downed Locusts such as drones and grenadiers, and you have more than 1 life per round.

I'm with you on that, I'm thinking I might spend most my time playing this mode. Running around as a ticker and blowing up soldiers just sounds to fun.

I bought KZ2 based off of what cows were saying on this forum.. it was uber boring garbage. I will pass on KZ3 but Gears 3 looks pretty slick, and gears 1 and 2 were fun.

Easily the most impressive 360 game and has a good shot for game overall. One game i really cant wait for!
