Gears trailers are emo. Resistance trailers tell a story and have substance, complimented with a tray full of ass kickery, served hot on a table of justice, by a waiter whose name is BoJack Strongfast.

I disagree after watching footage of the single player and playing the mp beta.

Nothing like getting kills with the mutator :D

The widow maker boss fight looks awesome as well.

Can't wait to pick it up on Tuesday. I just hope my GS gets the preorder Chimera teeth necklaces. The last game I preordered was Halo Reach, and they didn't have the armor code when I picked it up on release date even after preordering.

Gears of War trailers always put out this kinda hopeless vibe and the they always make it out to be some emotional journey, and then you play the game and its nothing like that lol. Still looking forward to Gears 3, got my copy preordered.

Eh, nope. Great campaigns and poor MP from Gears 2 that's since been fixed, to a degree. I never play Gears 2 MP apart from Horde but that's what I've heard.

Anyway, not enough people saying how great the trailer is. IT'S EFFING GREAT.

I think it´s the other way arround. I have never played Gears 1 and 2 competitive mp modes and love the series.

lol I watched it twice before I realized the trailer was suppose to be going through the whole series when I noticed General Ramm, followed by the flooding of gears 2, then eventually leading to what appears to be gears of war 3 events.

But no, seriously, don't overhype resistance 3, it looks pretty bad.

That was a terrible trailer by Gears standards, the mad world one and the rendezvous with death one are some of the best this gen. It's a shame the last trailer couldn't live up to the standard.

I saw a single good trailer for this game, it's not this one .... I like the music tho.
