I have and it's **** amazing 9.8 for SP. And 10 for every thing else.

By the way, yes it is Epic' best game. By far, better then that of even Unreal torn.

Ya Gears 3 will be good i am sure of that, well worth a rent over a weekend. But GOTY will go to games like Skyrim, Bf3 etc

Possibly. But Gears defiently isn't a rent with all the features it's including. Interchanging between Horde, Multi-player, Beast (If it's good) and campaign could give 1000's of hours if you attempt to get the onxy medal. Could give me just as much time as Skyrim. Same with BF3 if it turns out to be decent.
