I had tons of fun with Gears 1 & 3. 2 was not as good imo but this abomination is just a foolish idea. I am a huge Starcraft fan and always compare new rts to it. I am sure this will be a muted joke of a rts and not succeed in sales because the Gears name recognition will not ring true to the target audience.

Sounds alot mroe fun then Judgement to be honest.

Gears 1-3 was good coop fun but the series needed some reboots. Not sure if this will turn out well or not but it has the CHANCE to be fun if the right people are working on it.

Only bad thing I see is that its kinect only, that was very dumb. But the idea of a gears game in another genre sounds good to me.

It is becoming harder and harder to defend Microsoft. All us Xbox fans have left is Halo and Forza and Xbox Live fees. 

RTS could work quite well on Kinect. I've been waiting when someone will try RTS on Kinect. Could be the only way to get RTS games work on consoles.

RTS games aren't really the best on console, controller or motion-controlled.
