Gears war 3 is listed as r18+ australia on xbox live?????

Unsure when it will be finalied this r18, but i was scrolling through a variety of games on xbox live and noticed gear war 3 being listed as adult game is this a joke if not then im actually pleased by this. but unsure when all this red tape will be finalised. because mortal kombats not even listed on xbox live, and what about all those games sold to public hows any one gonna recall controll all violent gears war 1 and 2, and splatter house, and fear 3 an 2. ah well what about fall out 3, that needs a r18 sticker on it lol :P

didnt aussies get the rating system changed?

So a new game wil lbe rated 18, but fallout 3 will still be a 15
