Note on the bottom of the screen, you can see how Natal emits IR (some cameras see IR source as lite white light)
Sorry if old

How does that work? I couldn't really see it in the video. Geometry Wars is already hard as it is. killerfist
It's looks like that you move and rotate with hands in similar gestures

Well, If they can pull it off, more power to them I suppose. As others have said, this is one game you don't want a delay in.watching the guy makes me think he is using the left hand to steer the ship and the right hand to point the directions of the bullets. He seems to have control and seems to be playing the game without that much problems or frustration. Its funny how people are trying so hard to defunk this in every which way instead of waiting for it to come out and judge it themselves. I think this will be a hit in 2010 for Microsoft.360BandW
It's mostly nothing to do with SW, hardcore gamers are sceptic to motion controllers, they worred that Wii casual games may take over there consoles
That would rock! That has "win" written all over it!*waiting for Black & White Natal edition*

I hear you, it seems like they have that alot going around here. As is the case for MS, Sony also will have the motion controller but neither are being forced into the sku and its an add on. I think gaming is stale and I love the wii controller scheme, but cant stand the bland and last gen graphics. I wouldnt mind playing next gen with motion control.watching the guy makes me think he is using the left hand to steer the ship and the right hand to point the directions of the bullets. It really doesn't have too be full arm flailing, you can hold you arms in a stationary comfortable position and move your ship/shoot with wrist movements. If the technology is that good.
[QUOTE="360BandW"]if P. Natal is 70 dollars I will be getting it Day 1.mythrolRight. That's my thing. If Microsoft prices Natal for the price of a game, I'd most likely buy it day one. yeah i heard they arent releasing a ton of them so probably have to preorder it.

That'd be HIGHLY stupid of Microsoft. If they want to capitalize off of the hype around Natal, they NEED to have as many as they can released. It's VERY hard for an add-on to gain traction and if Microsoft wants to do it, they're going to have to bundle it with new systems, sell it cheap, and have a TON on hand so people can implus buy as quick as possible to get the numbers high enough to warrant developer support.
[QUOTE="hot114"]first it was an eye toy, now it has input lag lol, both are reaches. Actually it was criticized upon by multiple developers so far, MS just replyd they are working on reducing it.I was expecting a fake movie like the prescripted interaction video with that natal boy.
Instead i was treated to high amounts of input lag.

Thats officially the first and only game i'd like to play using Natal
God i loved Black & White
I always wished it wasn't by Lionhead, though they did a great job, so i could play it on something like a Wii with the IR pointer
but natal would work very well i imagine
oh god why do we need Fable 3 so soon?!?! make black & white 3 for Natal on PC/X360 or a new IP
