gonna vote gears purely because i havent played a ninja gaiden game yet, ive played god of war and devil may cry on the ps2 and there not really my kind of games having said that NG2 does look incredibly good the animations are what really does it for me its so slick looking
Gears by far. the gameplay trailer from NG2 did nothing for me. i thought it looked bland as hell and the art direction sucked (dumbest enemies ever). The action was kinda brutal, so that was nice.. but i think this game might dissapoint. i rather play Gears 2.

Now I haven't seen the trailer yet, but knowing Team Ninja, the enemies are going to be far from dumb.
As for which one I would pick: Ninja Gaiden 2, for the simple fact that (I haven't played Gears and because) I am still playing NGB after all these years.
ever since i put ninja gaiden back in my xbox i realised how much fun it can be with enough willpower... ng2 is also gonna be a big step up unlike dmc which didnt add anything to the gameplay since dmc3... while in ng we got multiple decapitations nuff said
I would rather have Ninja Gaiden 2 over Gears 2 simply because there are enough shooters on the market (though Gears is pretty unique) and there really isn't an experience like NG2 except for Ninja Gaiden.

it's on market place. and i meant dumb in design, not in A.i. but i see why it's easy to think that. A.i. is fine.
I would choose NG2 over GEOW 2 any day because all of these shooters are playing exactly the same almost. I doubt GEOW 2 will be much different from the first one. I also like a challenge in the games I play. So NG2 FTW.
I'm a big Gears of war fan so I'll go with Gears. I am just so pumped for this game, The main problem with Gears of war 1 multilayer was the host advantage, and I know they will fix that in this next one.
Dude this is like asking your children, well ok Timmy, I know you love both of us, but who do you love more. You simply don't ask that :roll: ! Will be getting both anyway as well! Both have unique game play experiences to offer and honestly started playing the first Gears to a.) help my brother finish the campaign and b.) in anticipation of the 2nd! I don't see any one of them letting me down. However I'll play your game sir! If I had to choose I'd go with GOW2 simply because the first is giving me reply by letting me complete the campaign again with a friend and has a decent on-line Vs. Mode that could keep me occupied for some time! NG2 would unfortunately have to wait till next year!
GeOW 2. I actually believe CliffyB when he says that GeOW 1 was just a demo compared to what GeOW 2 will be. In other words, I can see the potential in GeOW 2. However, with NG 2, it is hard for me to imagine that it will be much better than NG. NG was so good, that it would be hard to improve that. For GeOW 2, I'm expecting a massive improvement. With NG 2, just a minor one.
I should also note that Team Ninja sequels aren't known to be all that different or much improved from the originals in any genre they do.
Ninja Gaiden 2 because personally COD 4 and Halo 3 will be much better games than Gears of War 2.
But 360 really doesnt have anything else thats gonna top Ninja Gaiden 2 in terms of action games. DMC 4 was good and i love it, but NG 2 will be better IMO.
