Look Im not trying to Justify what MS is doing but we don't know exactly how the new PS4 camera works, the DS4 have a big blue light bar that works wih the camera and the camera will be included with each box so Im assuming it's mandatory to install the camera with the PS4.

Those little details should be cleared within two weeks.

Yoshida said in an interview that the DS4 lightbar doesn't require the PSEye to function... so I'm taking that as the Eye isn't mandatory.

Well to be fair Germany has a habit of starting wars. They need to be watched.

It's all coming out now.  Lemmings hoping and praying nobody would find out about these things can't blaim the back lash on cows anymore.

The Xbone bad news can't stop getting worse lol.

I seem to recall an article saying the MPAA could exploit kinect by shutting off the console if it saw more than seven people in the room watching a movie.

Whether it's true or not, that kind of capability has no business being in any entertainment device. They really are shooting themselves in the foot by making kinect a required feature.

Wow, XB1 is getting some nightmare PR.

I'm not going to buy any console with online DRM - doesn't matter is its PS, Xbox, whatever ... I don't like the DRM on PC (Steam), but I have to have PC regardless, because it has many other uses and a lot more freedom to begin with.

Choking the already restricted users of proprietary platforms should not be encouraged ...
