Ghost of Tsushima sold 1.9M digital units in July to become the fastest-selling new PlayStation IP.

Looks like Ghosts is the real king sorry Nintendo.

Flight Simulator based on the assumption will sell 2.27 million units over the next three years JPR estimates. Meaning it will take years for this sim to match Ghosts at its current rate of sales.

Flight Simulator doesn't look like a giant seller people prefer real games over sims I follow the gamers and agree with them. I like blood, I like samurais, I like action, and I like gameplay.

Ghosts is sick, it's more popular with consumers than horizon zero dawn and day's gone. People love their samurai games it's true.

One exclusive to rule them all, one to find them, one to bring them all, and in the darkness, bind them.

Microsoft needs fresh new IP's like this. Nintendo your old franchise Paper Mario is not cutting the mustard here either.

I knew this game was gonna sell like hot cakes. I said people are demanding a game like fable where you can go around as samurai killing people. I remember you could dress up as a ninja in fable I use to kill merchants on the road as a ninja. I was right again and I speak for the people. I called this all before it happened.

Flight Simulator is on gamepass so sales figures are a bit meaningless.

it is a niche game though so i wouldn't expect it to sell better than some mainstream console games

A gaming PC to run Flight Sim on high costs about $1200, how much does a PS4 cost? this is why I go by reviews, not sales numbers.

Not only price, also perceived learning curve and media coverage.

Up until now flight-sims have been blotted out of existence.

I don't care who sells more, I'm just happy Ghost of Tsushima is selling really well. It's the open world feudal Japan game gamers have been clamoring for for over a decade, so If it DIDN'T sell well one could say gamers don't support what they say they want.

@ProtossRushX: I think you need to go outside and get some fresh air... sitting in front of a PC all day isn't healthy. Especially mentally it seems.

the real king of 2020 so far is animal crossing. it sold more than last of us 2 and ghosts combined lol
