Teehee, one of my "friends" (silly person who thinks he knows everything about games) said that Gizmondo would own PSP, DS and that it had already surpassed them both in sales. I saw this coming when I heard the name.
Too bad anylists couldn't even predict that when in fact Gizmondo was a flop from the beginning, yet they think Sony will go bankrupt when PSP is on top in US, and has been leading in Japan for 2 weeks, and they have the highest sellign console and games. = Profits and more profits, they are still making big money off PS2.

Last time I checked, Sony had lost money on PS2. LAst time I checked, sony had a 6 billion or million dollar debt. Last tiem I checked, DS well exceeded Nintendo's expectations and they didn't make enough on time.

Last time I checked Sony has 80 million more consoles sold around the world and more handhelds sold in US for 2005. They make money off games and they also have sold more PSP games in US than DS. The thing I want to know is how much is PSP worth as in how much does it cost Sony to make it, so I can see it they are selling for a profit or for what amount of a loss. I don't know if the hardware in PSP is worth $249.

WRONG! People saying that the PSP is on top in the US don't take into account the amount of sales that the DS got in 2004. At this point in time, the DS is leading in the US. You're right about the PSP being on top in Japan at the moment - however there is a shortage of DSs at the moment, so don't expect that to last too long.
