God of War 3 or Halo3?

If you knew nothing about halo 3 as everyone knows nothing about god of war 3, but you have an idea what each game is going to be like, which would you choose? I picked these two games because theyre huge first party titles for their respective console brand. DONT LET YOUR INNER FANBOYISM GET THE BEST OF YOU. try not to lie as youll be lying to yourself.

As for me ill pick GOW3.

I enjoyed Halo 2 but the GOW series was always awsome.  Dont get me wrong I love my 360, but GOW is awsome.

Tough one. I might have to go GOW3, since I like GoW type action games better than shooters. GoW3 with new hardware will be very awesome. Plus, the ending of GoW2 was killing me.Tulak_Hord

based on this i would say h3.  im a shooter whore, sue me :P 

but more in depth i would say fantastic mp + atleast-decent sp >atleast-decent-but-not-great sp (goow 1&2 were good but certainly not groundbreaking by any means).  u can see all of goow3 in one or two rentals, but mp can last forever and considering h2 is over 2 1/2 years going strong and still ne of the most played console games online, i find it hard to believe the h3 mp wont last long.  therefore, the value of $60 would be better spent on h3 for me.

God of War 1 was kinda meh to me, good game but it had more than a few problems, haven't played God of War 2 but it honestly doesn't look that much different. If I knew nothing about either game and was just going off of previous experience I'd probably say Halo 3.

Again, I never said that I "know" that GOW was better, man. I said it was my opinion, and the other guy quoted me, and was more or less telling me how "wrong" I was just because he and GS says otherwise. I respect his opinion, as well as yours, and I expect the same is all. The only reason I ever had beef with you was because you called me a hypocrite out of the clear blue for no other reason except my disagreeing with you. I sure as hell never claimed to be a "superior being" either, lol.

Good deal, man. It is all just a matter of opinions and sometimes they just clash. To each their own, but they are BOTH great games in their own respective ways, regardless.

If you knew nothing about halo 3 as everyone knows nothing about god of war 3, but you have an idea what each game is going to be like, which would you choose? I picked these two games because theyre huge first party titles for their respective console brand. DONT LET YOUR INNER FANBOYISM GET THE BEST OF YOU. try not to lie as youll be lying to yourself.

Halo 3, it comes 2-3 years earlier, well i would rather have FF25 too, but i better play Lost ODyssey too this november, get the point ?
