Yeah hype for that game confuses me so much, it just looks bad. If Mass Effect doesnt have any big problems like frame rate and what not its probably one of the top contenders. Super Mario Galaxy is also a heavy contender. As are most of the others on that list. Its a good year for gaming.

No its not... Their development of the game is going very well from what the interview between Maxis and IGN. They will be showing Spore off at Leipzig next month. Will Wright is just spending more time to craft his masterpiece.

Rock Band has a pretty clean shot because Gamespot loves Guitar Hero so much, and this looks like Guitar Hero on steroids. With bonus points for tons of downloadable content planned.
