Looks very cool. I love that they ripped off that part in Contra III: The Alien Wars where the plane flies towards the screen and bombs the ground setting it on fire.

@davillain: I just watched T2 with my eldest son Wednesday just passed, it was his first time watching it, he loved it, and it's one of the best movies going.

There's a difference between a fan and a fanboy.

Again I saw nothing that was great about this new game from this trailer. It's a 2d shooter, there were better 2d shooters back in the 90's where this game gets it inspiration from.

@last_lap: @davillain: No sh**! I just watched it with my eldest last weekend, who usually can't sit through something serious like this for so long but was gripped the entire time. Warms the heart. I hope this has co-op. If not, we'll play pass the controller. Looks awesome.

Now that we’re discussing the movies, I feel like I need to make sure we’re all on the same page. T1 > T2

@ghostofgolden: Similar to the Alien franchise, the first film is horror, the second is action. Having said that, I'll take T1 and Alien over the sequels any day.

@last_lap: For me just the dressing is worth it. I enjoy that type of game, and to have a T2 skin on it with nice pixel art animations is cool. I will love seeing my kid's reactions too.

For me its not clicking and I'm from that 90's era (well before the 90's but you get what I'm saying) where these type of games would get released every second week almost.

@last_lap: Yeah I get it, I agree there's a lot to play and you have to pare it down to the most deserving and that's an individual thing

I'll also add "Battle Across Time" despite being a 3D attraction, it felt like an actual "Expansion" for a movie at the time and it was intended to be the actual T3. The true ending of the franchise we never got. Battle Across Time was the best attraction at Universal Studios...so sad it's gone.

T1>T2>Battle Across Time>Sarah Connor Chronicles. (Terminator TV series) I haven't gotten around watching the animation on Netflix...yet.
