Crysis

is one of the most ground breaking games with graphics and Physic and it was a blast to play online and off

Super Mario Galaxy

was a great game. It was all fun and all the fun was ion the gameplay. but I reall love Rossettas Backstory. One of those moments that was so cute and mmade me care.

Drakes Uncharted

It is prclaimed to be one of the best games on PS3. Its a good well paced Action game

Halo 3

It was one of the most popluar games this aer. UIt was bought in the milions and more. Thegame was good

Call Of duty 4

It was epic action packed adn great online nuff said

Orange BOx

New half-life game nuff said

sales mean nothing. 50 cent bullet proof sold more copies than most games last gen... and it was not a good game in anyway shape or form.

also uncharted is not in the running as it is an 8.0 game on gamespot. so it will not win GOTY.

Only real contenders are Super Mario Galaxy, Crysis, Uncharted, and Call of Duty 4. Orange Box is only excluded for previously mentioned reasons.

Probably because people aren't taking that game seriously for some reason. It was great though. I think GOTY seems to usually appeal to the casuals..I can see how games like Rock band be actually probably mentioned around the decision table than anything else.

I haven't played Crysis or Uncharted so I can't really say about them but out of the ones I have played it would probably go in this order

1. Orange Box

2. Mario Galaxy

3. Call of Duty 4

4. Halo 3

The only reason I put Orange box first is Portal if it is counted seperatly then it is going to win hands down.
