Grand Theft Auto Chinatown Wars such a good game !!!!

Holy cow i was having doubts about this game looking at how dated GTA 1 and GTA 2 are compared to now and how crap GTA for gameboy advance was but after I saw the review and got this game it's the best top down view GTA around I would dare to say it compares to the recent GTA's it's that good and fun.

never underestimate a game based on first reactions to graphics and the graphics in isometric are awesome to behold and it's great how they have all the landmarks of GTA IV like coney iland and so on.

I hope they continue doing this series on DS it's awesome and deserving of the 9.5 score here.

I may invest in it over the summer. I can't splurge on games til the summer anyway. :P

I think the game is quite overrated. It takes advantage of the DS' features in a unique way but overall its pretty dumbed down and doesnt feel like a GTA game.

nah i played it and found out it's as good as the review they are right on the money the missions are great the driving and shooting and the stylis use is quite a nice change of pace it's definitely the best top down view GTA ever made.

graphically it's not as good as the 3d versions but I found this gameplay wise as good and even more fun.

Chinatown wars is so awesome, hands down the best GTA game i own. The new gameplay elements are awesome, the story is good, the music is good, the characters are funny and the fun factor is extremely high.

Cool, I'll be getting it in a few days and can't wait (just have to wait for it to be delivered). And also the part about how you said you had your doubts about it, I think the 94.68% average on GR or 9.5 here and IGN should have been a bit of a give a way that it wouldn't suck. the reviews was the reason I got it before I was scared because GTA1 and 2 are outdated and the gta for GBA was horrible I was afraid this was gonna be the same, boy was I wrong.

i don't know much about that gta: ctw, but it does look interesting. i hope they will release it as a dlc for the pc, xbox 360 and ps3. it's a good opportunity for rockstar games to make money if they do it. btw, i wonder if the storyline is related to gta 4, or is it a different storyline altogether.

It's a completely different story line your huang Lee they killed your father and you have to get some sword back so far I haven't seen any characters from GTA IV.

Chinatown Wars is easily one of the best GTA games, imo. Never judge a game by its graphics, because even though I love the graphics, this game is better than many 3D titles I've played.

Yes, yes it is. It easily crushes IV. It's probably my favorite game this gen overall.

This game simply is incredible . It is what GTA4 SHOULD have been . It has everything a good GTA game needs, is VERY adult (eat that, DS is for kids) , has incredible fun side missions (dealing drugs never gets old) , and I got a better feeling with the main characters than in GTA4 . The graphics are really good for a DS game, the sound is incredible, and there's just so much to do with your cash, campared to the millions I got in GTA4 and couldn't spend on anything !!!

how much fun is rampaging in this game? because that is my favorite thing to do in GTA games and GTAIV did it very well.

I think the graphics are quite nice. It's a pretty fun game although I don't really like the storyline/writing. All the characters suck so far.

It really is an amazing game. The simple fact that they got the same feel and scope of the console GTAs (and improved upon certain areas even) alone is nothing short of incredible.

San Andreas also has mutiplayer. I don't think it would make a difference to me. The graphics are a big turn off to me.Soulja_West

Do not judge the game's graphics on screenshots/videos you see on the internet. It looks so much better when it's right there in front of you on your DS. I recommend this game to anyone looking for an addicting handheld game.But I will say buying/selling drugs isn't fun, unless it's a bust. It's just a way to make easy money.
