I don't see how anyone can say that one game looks better than the other.

They all look great technically, so all there is between them is artstyIe, and personal preference.

Rage or Crysis 2. Will have to wait until the games come out imo.

Well seeing we have only played Crysis 1, I'll stick with that.

Bullshots for Gears of War 3 and Killzone 3 won't do. We'll need to wait for those to come out, I just don't see them being better than the original Crysis.

I've heard the PC version of Crysis 2 (which hasn't been released to the public because of the marketing stratagy) blows the original away.

After saying all of that, I'm impressed that Rage looks as good as it does on the 360 at 60fps. However I want to see the PC verison side-by-side with DX 11 Crysis 2.

Even then that will be comparing to perfectly cut diamonds together and seeing that one micro-scratch that makes one "inferior" to the other. We are at the point with graphics where the differences between the high-end titles are negligable. Metro 2033 DX11 can look better than Crysis and even games like Uncharted 2 and Killzone 2 still look jaw droppingly good even when compared to Crysis.

• it's got great lighting (something Gears 3/Killzone 3 seem to lack)
• it's got lots of complex geometry (something Rage lacks in its environments)
• and aesthetically it grabs your attention more than the others (albeit it's quite simple looking, re: not cluttered)

Crysis 2 looks worse compared to others games in those images. I guess fanboys want to believe its a graphics king but they got not evidence to support it.:).

Going by E3 vids i think Crysis 2 will be the best looking on PC and consoles. the other ones come very close

... Still Crysis.. Outside the fact that all those shots outside of Crysis are bullshots or touched up in game screenshots.. Each one is a multiplat meaning that its geared toward consoles.. So we will not be able to ever see the kind of scale that Crysis offered witht he level of detail and graphics.. Consoles are not built that way to handle such scale at such levels. That being said they all look good..

I love UC2 think it looks great but i just wanted to put the current graphic king a some new upcoming contenders.

Rage looks good, but not as good as Crysis.

the ppl who are saying these are bullshots the games look even better in motion

Muzzle flash and sunbeams capable of slicing you in 2 if walked through does not equal great lighting. :| Most lights in Killzone 2 were static, Crysis 2 are mainly all dynamic.

why is it always the Killzone fans and not the Gears fans that get all huff-n-puff :P

anyways i basically said "IT LACKS GREAT LIGHTING" (compared to crysis 2's dynamic lighting)

if you voted KZ3 or gow3, youre a fanboy, simple as.
