Graphics Really Don't Matter In the Long Run

What's more important to you, System Warriors? Graphics or gameplay? For me, it's gameplay. It's nice tohave a good artisticdirectionand have good frame rates, but we really shouldn't obsess about the graphics of a game. I've seen some videos ofsome games that look reallyfun to play (example: TheSecret World), but when I looked at the comments, all I sawwas......

While gameplay is always the core of a good game, graphics give immersion which directly links to the overall experience and in many cases the gameplay.

They go hand in hand.

Of course, having both is what we all want, but if I was given a choice, I would choose gameplay in a heartbeat.

Well it would be nice. No one can say they wouldn't like every game to have top notch graphics on a technical level.

sorry TC but we here at system wars don't like good games just good graphics. Haha, I hope no one takes this serious.

The departments of a game development studio aren't fighting for your attention. They're all part of a team What matters most is that everything comes together to make a good game.

Enslaved proved that presentation and visuals could offset generic or mediocre gameplay.
