[QUOTE="Silenthps"]Fallout 3. although i'd say its more bethesda's fault than consolesUnknownSniper65
Definitely Bethesda. They seemed to miss an incredibly important factor when it comes to Fallout, and post apocolyptic games in general: ATMOSPHERE. Instead, Fallout 3 resulted in an over patriotic, hollywoodised embaressment to the Fallout name. :roll:
The setting was incredibly dull looking for a post-apocalyptic world. Luckily there are mods that add some grass and trees.

I don't know why, but compared to Fallout 1 and 2, 3 just felt.... plastic. It didn't feel ravaged, or depressing. Fallout 1 and 2 were bleak, VERY bleak. Fallout 3 was a great game, but it failed to deliver where Fallout 1, 2, and Stalker did.
